Returns & Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return or refund, we only accept bikinis that are unworn, all hygiene stickers still in place and unwashed.
Return shipping is at the customers expense. Please note sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear and make sure that the following is met:
- You have 4 days from the day your delivery arrived to send them back to us for a store credit only
- Unworn items must have hygiene sticker in place and all swing tags attached, and must be in perfect resale condition. Note: we do not accept exchanges that are worn or are soiled/stained
- Unworn items must be returned in original SONDAG bag
- Your store credit will be issued once items have been received and inspected by the returns team, our store credit notification will be received via email within 3-5 working days.
Items that are non-exchangeable include-
- Items marked as final sale.
- Sale items including items purchased during flash sales or with a code above 15%.
- Items that have been worn with the hygiene sticker and/or tags removed
- Items that have been marked, stained or damaged.
